Discover our latest specialty from Brazil—a 100% ripe, hand-sorted, unwashed coffee. We are proud to have secured the entire annual harvest of 2011–2012 just for you! The beans in this unique variety ripen later in the season as they grow on the side of the plant that receives only the gentle morning sun. Each coffee cherry is carefully hand-sorted, ensuring exceptional quality while also providing valuable employment opportunities. After harvesting, the beans are dried, stored for at least three months, and peeled just before shipping. With an annual production of only 80 to 100 sacks (approximately 4,800 to 6,000 kg), this is truly a rare and exclusive coffee.
