Pricing

• All prices are exclusive of shipping costs.
• Prices are subject to change at any time.
• All prices are listed in Euros.

Payment Terms

All orders require pre-payment unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be received before dispatch. If payment fails our security checks, dispatch may be delayed.

Delivery

• Free delivery is available for orders over €60 within Ireland. We use An Post for deliveries, and international rates will apply.
• Delivery charges will be communicated before order completion.
• Orders placed before 3:00 pm are dispatched on the same working day; orders after 3:00 pm are dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery times: Ireland (2-3 working days), Europe (5-15 working days).
• Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Specific delivery times are not available.

Countries We Deliver To

We deliver to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us for assistance.

Damage or Shortage

Please inspect all delivered goods within 5 days for any defects. Damage or shortages must be reported to T/A Coffee Beans House within 2 days of receipt, and non-delivery issues must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date.

T/A Coffee Beans House will:

• Repair or replace damaged or defective products at our cost.
• Cover the cost of delivery for any replacements.

We accept no liability for loss resulting from failure to comply with carrier requirements regarding damage, shortage, or non-delivery notifications.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Returns

• Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to receive a full refund.
• If a product is not returned in its original condition, we may reduce the refund by up to 100% of the product’s value, depending on the extent of the damage.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of T/A Coffee Beans House, its suppliers, or clients, and is protected by Irish and international copyright and trademark laws.

Entire Agreement
